§ 79.03 Application.\n Whenever, pursuant to any law of the United States or regulation of\nthe administration, the director requires, prior to payment of benefits,\nthat a guardian be appointed for a ward, such appointment shall be made\nin the manner hereinafter provided. The provisions of this article shall\napply only to the wards of the administration and with respect to such\nwards, except as herein otherwise specifically provided, shall supersede\nany inconsistent provision of law relating to incompetents, conservatees\nor infants.\n
