§ 103. Discharge of warrant. When such undertaking shall have been\nexecuted, approved and delivered to the lienor and the taxed fees of the\nsheriff upon the seizure and detention of the vessel have been paid, the\njustice shall make an order discharging the warrant, and no further\nproceedings against the vessel seized shall be had under this article\nfounded upon any demand secured by such undertaking.\n
