§ 101. Application for a discharge of warrant. The owner, consignee,\nagent or master of any vessel so seized, or any person interested\ntherein, may at any time before the sale of the vessel under this\narticle, apply in person or by attorney to the justice issuing the\nwarrant, on at least one day's notice to the lienor or his attorney, for\nan order discharging the same on giving an undertaking therefor. Such\nnotice shall specify the names, places of residence and places of\nbusiness of the proposed sureties upon such undertaking.\n
