§ 936. Licensee duties; prohibited activities.

1.A mold assessment\nlicensee who performs mold assessment services shall provide a written\nreport to each person for whom such licensee performs mold assessment\nservices for compensation.\n 2. No licensee shall perform both mold assessment and mold remediation\non the same property.\n 3. No person shall own an interest in both the licensee who performs\nmold assessment services and the licensee who performs mold remediation\nservices on the same property.\n
