§ 930. Definitions. As used in this article: 1. "Department" means the\ndepartment of labor.\n 2. "Mold" means any indoor multi-cellular fungi growth capable of\ncreating toxins that can cause pulmonary, respiratory, neurological or\nother major illnesses after minimal exposure, as such exposure is\ndefined by the environmental protection agency, centers for disease\ncontrol and prevention, national institute of health, or other federal,\nstate, or local agency organized to study and/or protect human health.\n 3. "Mold remediation" means conducting the business of removal,\ncleaning, sanitizing, or surface disinfection of mold, mold containment,\nand waste handling of mold and materials used to remove mold from\nsurfaces by a business enterprise, including but not limited to, sole\npro
