§ 933. Exemptions. The following persons shall not be required to\nobtain a license as provided in this title in order to perform mold\nassessment, remediation, or abatement:\n 1. a residential property owner who performs mold inspection,\nassessment, remediation, or abatement on his or her own property;\n 2. a non-residential property owner, or the employee of such owner,\nwho performs mold assessment, remediation, or abatement on an apartment\nbuilding owned by that person that has not more than four dwelling\nunits;\n 3. an owner or a managing agent or a full-time employee of an owner or\nmanaging agent who performs mold assessment, remediation, or abatement\non commercial property or a residential apartment building of more than\nfour dwelling units owned by the owner provided, ho
