§ 733. Definitions. As used in this article:\n 1. "Employer" means any individual, person, corporation, department,\nboard, bureau, agency, commission, division, office, council or\ncommittee of the state government, public benefit corporation, public\nauthority or political subdivision of the state, or other business\nentity, which employs or seeks to employ an individual or individuals.\nAll provisions of this article pertaining to employers shall apply in\nequal force and effect to their agents and representatives.\n 2. "Employee" means an individual employed by an employer.\n 3. "Prospective employee" means an individual seeking or being sought\nfor employment with an employer.\n 4. "Psychological stress evaluator" means any mechanical device or\ninstrument which purports to dete
