§ 731. Construction and saving clause.

1.Nothing contained in this\narticle shall be construed to relieve any labor organization, employer\norganization, or any of its officers, agents, employees, representatives\nor members, or any employer or labor relations consultant from\ncompliance with any other provision of this chapter or any other\napplicable law of this state.\n 2. Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to limit the\nresponsibilities or duties of any officer or agent of a labor\norganization or employer organization under the common law or any law of\nthis state, and nothing contained in this article shall be construed to\ntake away or limit any right or remedy to which members of a labor\norganization or employer organization are entitled under the common law\
