§ 295. Waterclosets.
1.There shall be provided for every factory a\nsufficient number of suitable and convenient waterclosets. All\nwaterclosets shall be maintained inside the factory building, except\nwhere in the opinion of the commissioner it is impracticable.\n 2. There shall be separate watercloset compartments or toilet rooms\nfor females, constructed and maintained in accordance with the rules of\nthe board.\n 3. The use of any form of trough watercloset, latrine or school sink\nwithin any factory is prohibited.\n 4. All waterclosets, urinals, watercloset compartments and toilet\nrooms and the plumbing in connection therewith shall be properly\nconstructed, installed, ventilated, lighted, heated and maintained in\naccordance with the rules of the board.\n
