§ 293. Washrooms.

1.There shall be provided and maintained for\nemployees in every factory suitable and convenient washrooms separate\nfor each sex, adequately equipped with washing facilities. Every\nwashroom shall be adequately ventilated and heated and shall be lighted\nby artificial means where necessary.\n 2. In factories where lead, arsenic or other poisonous substances or\ninjurious or noxious fumes, dust or gases are present as an incident or\nresult of the business or occupation, hot water, soap and individual\ntowels shall be furnished.\n
