§ 207. Protection of employees at switchboards. All buildings having\ninstalled therein a switchboard of two hundred and twenty volts or over\nshall have, on the floor or upon the platform or other standing place\nwhere the switchboard is located or to which it is attached, a rubber\nmat the length of the switchboard and of sufficient width to allow a\nperson to walk or stand thereon while working at the switchboard or\nmaking tests.\n
