§ 341. Duty of attendants at term of appellate division. A term of the\nappellate division of the supreme court must be attended by not more\nthan three attendants appointed by such court, one of whom shall act as\ncrier; all of whom must act under the direction of the court or of the\npresiding justice. The fees of such attendants for attending a term of\nthe appellate division must be paid out of the treasury of the state.\n
