§ 307 — Salary of typist in first department of appellate division

§ 307. Salary of typist in first department of appellate division. The\nsalary or compensation to be paid to each of the typists appointed\npursuant to section one hundred five of this chapter by the justices of\nthe appellate division of the supreme court in the first judicial\ndepartment shall be fixed by said justices of the appellate division, or\na majority of them, in their discretion, to be paid by the city of New\nYork, and the board of estimate shall provide for raising and paying the\nsame.\n
