§ 223. Compensation of deputy chief administrators of the courts and\ndeputy or assistant administrative judges.

(a)A judge who is designated\nthe deputy chief administrator of the courts for the city of New York,\nand a judge who is designated the deputy chief administrator of the\ncourts outside the city of New York shall each receive an annual salary\nequal to the annual salary paid to an associate justice of the appellate\ndivision of the supreme court.\n (b) A judge who is designated a deputy or assistant administrative\njudge within the city of New York and a judge who is designated an\nadministrative judge for a judicial district or county outside the city\nof New York shall receive, in addition to his or her judicial salary,\nthe sum of four thousand eight hundred dollars annua
