§ 221-bb. Additional compensation of justices of the supreme court;\nservice in appellate term. A justice of the supreme court who shall be\ndesignated by the appellate division of the supreme court to serve in an\nappellate term in the manner provided in section eight of article six of\nthe constitution shall receive, in addition to his or her judicial\nsalary as established by law, the sum of three thousand dollars annually\nas compensation for his or her services in appellate term.\n
