§ 167. Powers of supreme court justices in the third judicial district\nresiding in Albany and Rensselaer counties to appoint confidential court\nattendants. Each of the justices of the supreme court in the third\njudicial district residing in Albany and Rensselaer counties may appoint\nand at pleasure remove a confidential court attendant, who shall perform\nsuch duties at chambers and in court as such justices, respectively,\nshall prescribe.\n
