§ 305 — Delivery, execution and return of venire

§ 305. Delivery, execution and return of venire. The justice of the\npeace attending upon such drawing of jurors shall thereupon issue a\nvenire, and the same shall be delivered and executed in the same manner\nas a venire for jurors drawn in a justice's court, as provided in, and\nunder the same penalty as provided in, the provisions of law governing\nthe delivery, execution and return of a venire issued by a justice of\nthe peace for jurors drawn for service in the justices' courts.\n
