§ 300 — Private road

§ 300. Private road. An application for a private road shall be made\nin writing to the town superintendent of the town in which it is to be\nlocated, specifying its width and location, courses and distances, and\nthe names of the owners and occupants of the land through which it is\nproposed to be laid out.\n
