  § 680. Village of St. Johnsville urban renewal agency. An urban\nrenewal agency, to be known as the village of St. Johnsville urban\nrenewal agency, is hereby established for the accomplishment of any or\nall of the purposes specified in articles fifteen and fifteen-A of this\nchapter and in accordance with article eighteen of the constitution of\nthe state of New York. It shall constitute a body corporate and politic,\nbe perpetual in duration and consist of five members appointed by the\nvillage board. It shall have the powers and duties now or hereafter\nconferred by article fifteen-A of this chapter upon municipal renewal\nagencies. It shall be organized in the manner prescribed by and be\nsubject to the provisions of article fifteen-A of this chapter and the\nagency, its members, of
