§ 275. Definitions. As used in this article:\n (a) "Name, mark or device" means any word, name, symbol, picture,\ndesign or any combination thereof, produced upon, and used by a person\nto indicate ownership of vessels, receptacles or utensils.\n (b) "Person" means any individual, firm, partnership, corporation,\nassociation, union or other organization.\n (c) "Produced upon" means branded, stamped, stenciled, engraved,\netched, blown, embossed, impressed, or otherwise permanently placed upon\nany vessel, receptacle or utensil.\n (d) "Vessels, receptacles and utensils" include all packages and\ncontainers and accessories used in selling or distributing any natural\nor processed product, compound, mixture, or substance, or any\ncombination thereof, and designed and intended for re-use
