§ 274. Assistance of police officer or constable. Any person\nauthorized by this article to seize and take into his or her possession\nany such cans may, in case of resistance, call to his or her aid any\npolice officer or constable of the town, village or city who shall when\nso called on assist him or her in seizing or taking possession of such\ncans.\n
