§ 279-c. Deposits on vessels, receptacles or utensils. The requiring,\ntaking, paying or accepting of any deposit for any purpose upon any\nvessel, receptacle or utensil shall not be deemed to constitute a sale\nof such property, either optional or otherwise, for the purposes of this\narticle.\n
