§ 279-h. Construction. Nothing in this article shall be construed as\npreventing the enforcement of rights and remedies under any other\nstatute concerning vessels, receptacles or utensils upon which a name,\nmark or device indicating ownership thereof has been produced, whether\nor not such name, mark or device has been filed hereunder.\n
