§ 238. Effect of invalidity of any part of this article. If any part\nof this article, or the application thereof to any particular situation,\nis held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid on account\nof unconstitutionality, such adjudication shall not affect the remainder\nof this article, or the application of such first-mentioned part of this\narticle to any other situation.\n
