§ 239-a. Certain appraisals; penalty. Any appraiser who knowingly\ngives a written appraisal of property with intent to defraud, deceive,\nor injure another person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association\nor any officer, director, employee, or agent thereof shall be guilty of\na misdemeanor.\n
