§ 205 — Bureaus

§ 205. Bureaus. The superintendent shall establish an insurance\ndivision and a banking division. The superintendent may establish such\nother bureaus, divisions, and other units within the department as may\nbe necessary for the administration and operation of the department and\nthe proper exercise of its powers and the performance of its duties,\nunder this chapter, and may, from time to time, consolidate or abolish\nsuch divisions, bureaus or other units within the department.\nNotwithstanding any inconsistent provision of law, the superintendent\nmay determine the official functions of each division, bureau, or other\nunit within the department.
