§ 203. Deputies; employees.
(a)The superintendent shall appoint a\ndeputy for insurance who shall be the head of the insurance division and\na deputy for banking who shall be the head of the banking division. The\nsuperintendent may appoint such other deputies as the superintendent\ndeems necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the department. The\nsuperintendent may remove at will any deputy appointed by the\nsuperintendent, except as may be otherwise provided by the civil service\nlaw.\n (b) The superintendent may appoint and remove from time to time, in\naccordance with law and any applicable rules of the state civil service\ncommission, such employees, under such titles as the superintendent may\nassign, as the superintendent may deem necessary for the efficient\nadministratio
