§ 204. Offices of the department. Suitable offices for conducting the\nbusiness of the department shall be located in the cities of Albany and\nNew York, and such other cities as the superintendent deems necessary.\nNecessary additional office, filing and storage space that cannot be\nsupplied by the state commissioner of general services may be leased by\nthe superintendent, and rent or expenses incurred pursuant to any such\nlease shall, unless otherwise provided for, be paid on the certificate\nof the superintendent and the audit and warrant of the comptroller.\n
