§ 969. Limitations on the regulation of hunting, fishing and\nrecreational activities. Nothing in this article shall be interpreted to\nauthorize the regulation of hunting, fishing, trapping, possession of\nwildlife or other recreational activities in the reserve, except as\notherwise provided by law.\n
