Text

§ 964-a. Powers of the council. The council shall have the following\npowers:\n 1. To conduct or contract for necessary planning, scientific and\nenvironmental studies pertaining to the reserve, where insufficient data\nexists;\n 2. To utilize, to the extent feasible, the staff and facilities of\nstate and local agencies subject to the approval of such agencies to\ncarry out the provisions of this article; and\n 3. To contract within amounts appropriated for services deemed\nnecessary for the performance of the council's functions.\n
