§ 967. Cooperation of state and municipal agencies. The council may\nrequest and shall be provided with such cooperation, assistance,\nservices and data, to the maximum extent feasible, subject to the\napproval of such agency, from any department, advisory board, task\nforce, commission, bureau or any other agency having jurisdiction over\nland and water within the reserve, as are necessary to carry out the\ncouncil's duties pursuant to this article. The council shall utilize the\nexpertise of the marine resources advisory council established pursuant\nto section 13-0350 of the environmental conservation law. The council\nshall also seek technical assistance from, consult with and coordinate\nits actions with the department.\n
