§ 62. Assistants.
1.The attorney-general may appoint such assistant\nattorneys-general, deputy assistant attorneys-general and attorneys as\nhe may deem necessary and fix their compensation within the amounts\nappropriated therefor. Whenever deputy or deputy attorney-general is\nreferred to or designated in any law, contract or document such\nreferences or designations shall be deemed to refer to and include\nassistant attorneys-general, deputy assistant attorneys-general or\nattorneys appointed by the attorney-general.\n
