§ 523-g. Review of policies concerning children. In addition to other\npowers and duties specified in this subtitle, the office of the\nombudsman may recommend changes in office policies and regulations\nconcerning children to improve services or to correct systemic problems\nconcerning services to children in the juvenile justice system.\n
