§ 167. Advertising and publicizing summer camps cited as subversive.\nNotwithstanding any inconsistent provision of law, general or special,\nno department, bureau, board, commission, authority, agency or other\ninstrumentality of the state shall knowingly advertise, publicize,\nassist, support or advise, or in any manner promote in any publication\nor otherwise, any summer camp cited by the attorney general of the\nUnited States, the attorney general of the state of New York, any duly\nauthorized state agency or any legislative investigating body for\nteaching, advocating or embracing the doctrine that the government of\nthe United States or of any state or any political subdivision thereof\nshall be overthrown or overturned by force, violence or any unlawful\nmeans, or advocating, advi
