§ 160-aa. Transitional licensing. Consistent with the intent and\npurpose of this article, and without the disapproval of the appraisal\nsubcommittee of the federal financial institutions examination council,\nthe board may prescribe requirements for transitional licenses which\nshall expire no later than January first, nineteen hundred ninety-three.\n
