§ 160-b. Use of the title "state certified real estate appraiser" or\n"state licensed real estate appraiser" or "state licensed real estate\nappraiser assistant".

1.Only a person certified under this article\nshall use the title "state certified real estate appraiser" or licensed\nunder this article shall use the title "state licensed real estate\nappraiser" or "state licensed real estate appraiser assistant" or assume\nthat title or any title, designation or abbreviation likely to create\nthe impression of certification or license by this state as a real\nestate appraiser or real estate appraiser assistant.
