Text
§ 160-rrrr. Disciplinary hearings. The department shall, before\nrevoking or suspending any license or imposing any fine or reprimand on\nthe holder thereof, and at least twenty days prior to the date set for\nthe hearing, notify, in writing, the holder of such license of any\ncharges made and shall afford such licensee an opportunity to be heard\nin person or by counsel in reference thereto. Such written notice may be\nserved by personal delivery to the licensee, or by certified mail to the\nlast known business address of such licensee or unlicensed person, or by\nany method authorized by the civil practice law and rules. The hearing\non such charges shall be at such time and place as the department shall\nprescribe.\n
