§ 160-p. Basis for denial. The department may, in accordance with the\nprovisions of this article relating to hearings, deny the issuance of a\ncertificate as a state certified real estate appraiser, or license as a\nstate licensed real estate appraiser, or license as a state licensed\nreal estate appraiser assistant, to an applicant on any of the grounds\nenumerated in this article.\n
