§ 160-n. Nonresident certification and licensing by reciprocity. If,\nin the determination of the board, the certification or licensing\nprocess has not been disapproved by the appraisal subcommittee of the\nfederal financial institutions examination council, an applicant who is\ncertified under the laws of such other state may obtain a certificate as\na state certified real estate appraiser or a license as a state licensed\nreal estate appraiser in this state upon such terms and conditions as\nmay be determined by the department.\n
