§ 160-j. Examination prerequisites.
1.Certified general\nclassification. As a prerequisite to taking the examination for\ncertification as a state certified general real estate appraiser, an\napplicant shall present evidence satisfactory to the board that he or\nshe has fulfilled the minimum education and experience requirements for\nsuch certification examination as established by the board, which shall\nnot be less than the minimum criteria established by the Appraiser\nQualification Board pursuant to Title XI of the Financial Institution\nReform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989.\n 2.
