§ 160-hh. Membership in the fund; registration with the department. 1.\nThe membership of the fund shall be composed of all central dispatch\nfacilities. Each central dispatch facility shall be required, as a\ncondition of doing business within this state, to pay the department a\ntwo hundred dollar annual fee for the purpose of registering as a member\nof the fund and receiving a certificate of registration. Such sums shall\nbe used by the department for the administration of this article. The\ninitial registration fee shall be due no later than ninety days after\nthe effective date of this article. The department shall have the power\nto assess an additional fee against each registrant in the amount\nnecessary to provide it with sufficient funds to cover its expenses in\nperforming its
