§ 160-g. Certification and licensing process.
1.Applications for\noriginal certification and recertification, original license and renewal\nof license, and examinations shall be made in writing to the department\non forms approved by the board.\n 2. The fees, as fixed by the department pursuant to section one\nhundred sixty-f of this article, must accompany all applications for\noriginal certification and recertification, original license and renewal\nof license, and examination.\n 3. At the time of filing an application for certification or license,\neach applicant shall sign a pledge to comply with the standards set\nforth in this article and state that he or she understands the types of\nmisconduct for which disciplinary proceedings may be initiated against a\nstate certified real
