§ 71-4405. Unlawful release of regulated medical waste in the fourth\n degree.\n A person is guilty of unlawful release of regulated medical waste in\nthe fourth degree when such person with criminal negligence, engages in\nconduct which causes the release to the environment of regulated medical\nwaste.\n Unlawful release of regulated medical waste in the fourth degree is a\nclass B misdemeanor.\n
