§ 71-0401 — Delegation of civil enforcement authority
§ 71-0401. Delegation of civil enforcement authority.\n Whenever the attorney general is authorized under this chapter to\ninitiate or prosecute a civil action or proceeding on behalf of the\ndepartment, such authority may in the discretion of the attorney general\nbe delegated to the department, to initiate or prosecute any such action\nor proceeding.\n
