§ 71-0202. Enforcement; designated employees to have certain powers.\n Such employees as may be designated by the commissioner shall be\nauthorized to issue uniform appearance tickets, simplified traffic\ninformations, simplified parks informations, simplified environmental\nconservation informations, and uniform navigation summons and/or\ncomplaint, when acting pursuant to their special duties.\n
