§ 71-4305 — Enforcement of article forty of this chapter

§ 71-4305. Enforcement of article forty of this chapter.\n 1. The commissioner, after investigation, notice and an opportunity to\nbe heard, may issue, modify and revoke orders prohibiting violations of\nany of the provisions of article forty or of any rule or regulation\npromulgated pursuant thereto and requiring the taking of such remedial\nmeasures as may be necessary or appropriate.\n 2. The attorney general, on his own initiative after consultation with\nthe commissioner or at the request of the commissioner, may initiate any\nappropriate action or proceeding to enforce any provision of article\nforty of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant\nthereto or any order issued or penalty assessed pursuant to this title.\n
