§ 71-4003 — General civil penalty
§ 71-4003. General civil penalty.\n Except as otherwise specifically provided elsewhere in this chapter, a\nperson who violates any provision of this chapter, or any rule,\nregulation or order promulgated pursuant thereto, or the terms or\nconditions of any permit issued thereunder, shall be liable to a civil\npenalty of not more than one thousand dollars, and an additional civil\npenalty of not more than one thousand dollars for each day during which\neach such violation continues. Any civil penalty provided for by this\nchapter may be assessed following a hearing or opportunity to be heard.\n
