§ 71-3307 — Criminal sanctions
§ 71-3307. Criminal sanctions.\n Any person who, having any of the culpable mental states defined in\nsection 15.05 of the penal law, shall violate any of the provisions of\nor who fails to perform any duty imposed by article forty-three of this\nchapter or any rules or regulations promulgated thereto, or any final\ndetermination or order of the Lake George park commission shall be\nguilty of a violation, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished\nby a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars for each violation and five\nhundred dollars for each day such violation shall continue.\n
