§ 71-2905 — Immunity of witnesses
§ 71-2905. Immunity of witnesses.\n In any investigation, hearing or inquiry, conducted pursuant to\narticle 33 of this chapter or this title or the rules of the department\nmade pursuant thereto, the commissioner, or his deputy or other officer\npresiding at such investigation, hearing or inquiry, may confer immunity\nin accordance with the provisions of section 50.20 of the criminal\nprocedure law.\n
