§ 71-2715. Unlawful dealing in hazardous wastes in the second degree.\n No person shall:\n 1. With intent that another person possess or dispose of hazardous\nwastes without authorization, solicit, request, command, importune or\notherwise attempt to cause such other person to engage in such conduct;\nor\n 2. Believing it probable that he is rendering aid to a person who\nintends to possess or dispose of hazardous wastes without authorization,\nengage in conduct which provides such person with the means or\nopportunity for the commission thereof and which in fact aids such\nperson to commit such act.\n Unlawful dealing in hazardous waste in the second degree is a class A\nmisdemeanor.\n
